Requirements:

• 负责电驱系统功能开发和需求撰写；

   Responsible for e-Drive system function development and requirements writing;

• 负责e-Drive系统逆变器诊断要求和故障矩阵；

   Responsible for e-Drive system inverter diagnostic requirements and fault matrix;

• 负责逆变器功能和诊断测试用例及报告；

   Responsible for inverter function and diagnostic test case and report;

• 负责供应商管理、故障排除；

   Responsible for supplier management, troubleshooting;

职责：

Qualification：

• 3~5年电动驱动功能开发工作经验；

   3~5 years working experience in E-Drive function development;

• 熟悉逆变策略（状态机，FOC控制，转矩策略）；

   Familiar with inverter strategy ( state machine, FOC control, torque strategy);

• 熟悉UDS/CAN协议和逆变器诊断策略（UDS服务和DTC DID定义）；

   Familiar with UDS/CAN protocol and inverter diagnostic strategy(UDS service and DTC DID definition);

• 熟悉基本工具（INCA/CAN）；

   Familiar with basic tool ( INCA/CANoe/Matlab);

• 熟悉电动传动的故障排除、校准和测试；

   Familiar with E-drive troubleshooting ,calibration and test;

• 良好的组织能力；

   Good organizational skills;

• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；

   Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• 有大众合资或合资企业工作经验者优先；

   Experience in working with VW JVs or WOB is preferred；
