职责描述

Job Description

1.熟悉整车产品开发流程；

   Familiar with vehicle product development process;

2.熟悉项目管理知识体系；

   Familiar with project management body of knowledge;

3.熟悉质量体系管理；

   Familiar with quality system management;

4.要求具有较强的沟通协调能力和书面材料编写能力；

   Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to prepare written materials are required;

5.主要负责产品开发项目组织管理；

   Mainly responsible for product development project organization and management;

6.跨部门进行资源协调；

   Cross-departmental resource coordination;

7.项目计划管理；

   Project plan management;

8.零部件开发进度管理；

   Component development schedule management;

9.组织项目评审并定期向领导层汇报

   Organize project review and report to the leadership regularly;

岗位要求

Job Requirements

1.五年以上汽车整车开发项目管理工作经验；

   More than 5 years of automotive development project management experience;

2.学习能力强，责任心强，有较强的沟通能力和分析解决问题能力；

   Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and problem solving skills;
