要求：

Requirements:

      5年以上动力总成及发动机行业开发经验，熟悉整车及发动机系统开发流程，汽车、机械自动化等相关专业；要求具有较强的沟通协调能力和书面材料编写能力。具备质量问题分析和处理能力，熟练操作CATIA能力。

      More than 5 years of powertrain and engine industry development experience, familiar with vehicle and engine system development process, automotive, mechanical automation and other related majors; Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to prepare written materials are required. Ability to analyze and deal with quality problems, skilled in CATIA operation.

主要职责包括（但不限于）以下方面：

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. 负责备选发动机技术路线及技术参数对比

   Responsible for the comparison of alternative engine technical routes and technical parameters

2. 负责发动机布置校核及更改件方案确认

   Responsible for engine layout check and change part plan confirmation

3. 负责分析对比动力性、经济型仿真计算结果

   Responsible for the analysis and comparison of dynamic and economic simulation results

4. 配合采购完成供应商定点工作

   Cooperate with the procurement to complete the supplier's designated work

5. 负责供应商开发质量、开发进度管理

   Responsible for supplier development quality and development schedule management

6. 整车风险评估及问题分析和解决

   Vehicle risk assessment and problem analysis and solution

7. 样车装配现场跟踪及问题分析和解决

   Sample vehicle assembly site tracking, problem analysis and solution

8. 批量生产现场跟踪及问题分析和解决

   Mass production site tracking and problem analysis and solution
