具备5年以上软内饰系统开发经验，熟悉软内饰开发相关法规、试验标准，熟悉整车开发流程
With more than 5 years of soft interior system development experience, familiar with soft interior development related regulations, test standards, familiar with vehicle development process
具有从数据冻结到到模具开发到实车匹配的完整零件开发经验
Have complete parts development experience from data freezing to mold development to real car matching
熟练运用CATIA、Office等办公软件
Skilled use of CATIA, Office and other office software
学习能力强，责任心强，有较强的沟通能力和分析解决问题的能力
Strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and problem solving ability
主要职责：
Main responsibilities:
负责软内饰系统设计开发工作
Responsible for the design and development of soft interior system
负责软内饰系统试验验证及问题解决工作
Responsible for the test verification and problem solving of soft interior system
负责软内饰系统零部件开发进度管控工作
Responsible for the development progress control of soft interior system components
负责软内饰系统零件在线匹配及问题改进工作
Responsible for soft interior system parts online matching and problem improvement work
